Terms & Conditions

These terms outline the role and responsibilities of CK Adiithya Layout Residents Association (CKALRA) relating to representation, data collection and community services. They are a sample and should be reviewed by the Association committee or a legal advisor before publishing.

1. CKALRA represents registered members only. Membership details are maintained by the Association.
2. Association does not hold liability for private agreements between residents and vendors prior to formal handover.
3. All official meetings with the builder or its representatives will take place in presence of the Panchayat for transparency.
4. Personal data collected by the Association will be used solely for association activities and will not be shared without consent.
5. Financial records of the Association will be maintained and made available to members on request during committee meetings.
