Greetings from CK Adiithya Layout Residents Association (CKALRA). As neighbouring layouts in the same region, we all face common challenges related to civic amenities, roads, drainage, streetlights, safety, environmental issues, and coordination with government authorities.

To strengthen our collective voice, we propose forming a “Federation of Layout / Residents Associations” representing all nearby RWAs across our locality.

Proposed Objectives

• Represent united issues to Panchayat, Municipality and Government departments.
• Coordinate development concerns: roads, water, drainage, utilities.
• Enhance local security, safety and traffic regulation.
• Share RWA best practices, legal and compliance knowledge.
• Conduct area-wide cultural, environmental and community programmes.
• Create a strong regional body for all residents.

• Name of the federation
• Geographical boundaries
• Aims and objectives
• Executive committee structure
• Steps for registration
