CK Adiithya Layout Residents Association (CKALRA) represents the residents of CK Adiithya Layout. Our goal is to ensure transparent handover processes, continuity of essential services, and a well-maintained neighbourhood through community participation and coordination with the Panchayat and relevant authorities.

Our Mission

• Secure timely handover from the builder to the Panchayat & from Panchayat to Association.
• Ensure continuous essential services — water, security and waste management.
• Maintain transparent finances and regular communication with residents.
